Rosters Companies

Many of the personnel had previously served in the 1st Battalion. The company names did not necessarily transfer to the new companies organized when the 2nd Regiment was formed. Trussell concluded that the 1st Battalion recruited in Philadelphia County, Berks County, Bucks County, and possibly Northampton County.
