Coffin plates

The coffin plates database includes records from the United States, Canada, and England. They contain ancestor name, date of birth and date of death. Some coffin plates contain age and occupation of deceased or a location of death.

Coffin plate tip:  If the coffin plate index has the notation FOUND IN it means that is the location that the coffin plate was found and is not necessarily the place that the individual lived.
