Parish History

ARDINGLEY, or Erthingley, a parish, in the union of Cuckfield, hundred of Buttinghill, rape of Lewes, E. division of Sussex, 6 miles (N. E. by N.) from Cuckfield; The church is a handsome structure.[1]. See also.[2]
