Bedford Chapel was built by the year 1771. It was a chapel of ease to St George Bloomsbury, New Oxford Street within a half mile of St Giles in the Fields Parish.


Parish History

BLOOMSBURY, or St. George-Bloomsbury, is a parish, which is also a subdistrict, in the district of St. Giles, Middlesex; in Finsbury borough. Bedford chapel is a separate incumbency.[1]
