At least some of the records of this health facility are at the Central Plains Regional Archives of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) in Kansas City, including a record of employees, 1901-1917 and a register of patients treated, 1910-1916. Name, age, degree of Indian blood, occupation, and other information is recorded for each person treated.
Microfilm copies of ...Narrative and Statistical Reports... for the Canton Insane Asylum, 1910-1933 are included in National Archives Microcopy M1011, Rolls 7-8, available in the National Archives system and in the collections of the Family History Library in Salt Lake City (their microfilm number 1724225-1724226). Reports for some years are missing.
