Fauquier County Clerk of the Circuit Court has Marriage Records from 1759, Land Records from 1759, Probate Records from 1759 and Court Records from 1759 and is located at the County Courthouse on 29 Ashby Street, Warrenton, VA. 20186; 540 347-8610.[1]
