Parish History

Cheshunt (St. Mary), a parish, and formerly a market-town, in the union of Edmonton, hundred and county of Hertford, 8 miles (S. by E.) from Hertford with Cheshunt-street, Waltham-Cross, and Woodside wards.[1]
