History
Established 1 July 1917. Its administration was transferred to Five Civilized Tribes on 1 July 1938.

Microfilm copies of ...Narrative and Statistical Reports... for the Choctaw and Chickasaw Hospital, 1920-1935, are included in National Archives Microcopy M1011, Roll 21, available in the National Archives system and in the collections of the Family History Library in Salt Lake City (their microfilm number 1724239). Reports for some years are missing.
