Patrolling and Amdocs Review

  • Did you see anything while patrolling this past week that would be interesting to discuss with the team?

We are seeing a lot of questions being sent that need to go to research or someplace else. (Cases come to us through being dispatched or system looks for words or phrases to route to queue. Look through case history to see how it was routed to us.) Send questions about research that are in English to Research Support. If in foreign language, use Google Translate to determine what language it is. If not one of the 15 languages send to Other Languages.

  • Need to clear old Amdocs cases before SalesForce (perhaps August 29).  Anything that is in Amdocs needs to be cleared because they will not transfer over. You need to check default queue in Amdocs in the meantime. Training on SalesForce will be coming.

Hazardous/vicious site found in recent changes. Make sure your virus protection/firewall up to date because we are one of the first to come across these items (virus and cookies being injected). Be careful of external links.

Thank you for working on recent changes and collaborating together. It helps us to

  1. See what is being touched.
  2. Catch potenial attacks
