  • 1st Regiment, Connecticut Heavy Artillery
    Mustered in January 2, 1862. Organized at Washington, D. C. Originally recruited as the 4th Regiment, Connecticut Infantry.
    Mustered out September 25, 1865. Discharged October 1, 1865 in Hartford, Connecticut.
