EGDEAN (St. Bartholomew), a parish, in the union of Sutton (under Gilbert's act), hundred of Rotherbridge, rape of Arundel, W. division of Sussex, 2 miles (S. E.) from Petworth.
Egdean St Bartholomew is an Ancient parish in the Chichester district of West Sussex. Egdean is part of the civil parish of Petworth West Sussex.
