ELMORE (St. John the Baptist), a parish, in the union of Gloucester, Middle division of the hundred of Dudstone and King's-Barton, E. division of the county of Gloucester, 6½ miles (W. S. W.) from Gloucester. The parish is situated on the river Severn.
