Patrolling new pages (priority 1)

As new pages are added, there is a possibility for inappropriate content or vandalism. Patrolling allows us to look at new pages that are added to check for any potential offensive or inappropriate content. It also gives us an opportunity to see the type of new information that is being added, who is adding it, and give guidance where needed.
