I would like to know if there is a list of the codes used, And when putting in a new stub category for a country why does mine turn blue. Do you need to be the ones to put stubs in. Sister Rorie Jenson

  • Following on from last weeks meeting - I have created two new Utah templates {{Utah Topics}} and {{Utah Counties}} and combined them into a third {{Utah}}. This is an example of keeping individual navboxes focused but available to nest together into a more comprehensive set of links. --Steve 19:09, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
Those who were on the call today said they liked the separate nav boxes that independently expand and collapse. There was agreement that more discussions need to take place in order to decide what nav boxes are needed on the different types of pages and where the nav boxes should reside. Most prefer the nav boxes at the bottom of the page, but we will discuss this in a future meeting. I will add this discussion to the agenda for Sept 7th. -Fran 18:42, 3 September 2010 (UTC)

  • The next step in the stub-sorting project will be to examine all the high level stub-sorting buckets to see what further divisions are needed. The stub-sorting project participants welcome your ideas for this next phase of the project. -Fran 19:58, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
-Best placement for stub template? bottom is preferred
-Are moderators responsible for decision about stub classification? The decision may vary from place to place; state to state; county to county; etc. Length is not the criteria, rather, does the article fully discuss the topic?
-Assessment template role is to show what improvements are still needed on the articles.
-Another aspect we need to discuss is the list of "Short pages" that may not have the stub template on it already.
-Training for moderators and project leaders should include adding stub templates to new pages.
