History

Separated from Fort Lapwai, 1 July 1912; re-combined with Fort Lapwai, 22 June 1916. Separated 1 July 1931. Transferred to Coeur d'Alene, 1 July 1936.

Records

Microfilm copies of ...Narrative and Statistical Reports... for the Fort Lapwai Sanatorium, 1913-1915, and 1932-1935 are included in National Archives Microcopy M1011, Roll 51, available in the National Archives system and in the collections of the Family History Library in Salt Lake City (their microfilm number 1724269). Reports for some years are missing.
