HOLMER (St. Bartholomew), a parish in the hundred of Grimsworth, union and county of Hereford, 2 miles (N.) from Hereford.
Holmer St Bartholomew is an Ancient Parish immediately north of Hereford and includes Shelwick in its boundaries. Huntington, Herefordshire was a chapelry of this parish
The church dates from the late 12th century the upper half timbered tower from the 16th century and has been designated as a grade I listed building by English Heritage British Listed Building
