  • Harrison's Regiment, Louisiana (Confederate)
    15th Cavalry Battalion was organized during the winter of 1862-1863. The unit served in the District of Western Louisiana but was soon broken up. Some of the men served in Harrison's 3rd Louisiana Cavalry Regiment.

  • Miles' Legion, Louisiana Volunteers (Confederate)
    Organized at Port Hudson, Louisiana, during the early summer of 1862 with a cavalry and infantry battalion. Captured at Port Hudson in July, 1863. After being exchanged the battalion was not reorganized.
