Known Issues

NOTE: Most missing records are available on microfilm. See Ordering Microfilm or Microfiche for instructions on ordering microfilm as well as finding a local FamilySearch Center where you can view the films.

Question #1: The record is linked to the wrong image. Is there a way to find the correct image?
Answer #1: From the record detail page, use the Event Date, Event Place and/or the Reference ID information to find the correct image.

Question #2: In some instances there are images that are missing. Are these images available for viewing somewhere else?
Answer #2: Some pages were inadvertently skipped when placed online. These images are available on microfilm. The film number can be found at the bottom of the record detail page.

Question #3: When searching for records in this collection, the event place is incorrect. How can I find the correct event place?
Answer #3: To verify the correct event place, view the document.
