Puerto Rico Civil Registration
History
Civil registration began in Puerto Rico in 1885. Most municipalities have births, marriages, and deaths from 1885, but some have records from earlier years. Also this records in municipalities start at the time the town was founded like in morovis the records start in 1835, in corozal in 1817, in manati in 1789 ans so on.
