- We are located south west of the Uintah Basin Medical Center. Our parking lot is on the west side of the building, with handicap access through the north door.

- Monday 10:00am.-2:00pm.
- Tuesday-Thursday 10:00am-9:00pm.
- Closed all major holidays, Christmas closure January 6, 2014.
Calendar and Events
Roosevelt Family History Fair The Roosevelt Family History Fair will be held Saturday March 22, at 9 a.m. The Family History Day will be located at the white LDS Church in Roosevelt @ 250 West 200 North!
Upcoming Family History Classes The Roosevelt Family History Center is preparing to remodel the Center. As soon as the remodel is finished, we plan to start having classes and seminars at the Center. Please come back soon and check what we have to offer!!!!!
Staff Training Meetings
- FamilySearch Catalog: This center has the ability to order any of the films and fiche available through the FamilySearch Catalog.

Databases and Software
- FHC Portal This center has access to the Family History Center Portal page which gives free access in the center to premium family history software and websites that generally charge for subscriptions. (Note to FHC: Not all FHCs have access to this portal. If you do not, you will want to remove this entire bullet. If you do have access to it, just remove this text in italics.)
