Talk:A Guide to ResearchEdit This Page
From FamilySearch Wiki
The article that tells how to name a wiki article says we should avoid the use of an initial "A" in the title of an article. Would it be appropriate to rename this page? Diltsgd 22:05, 10 February 2008 (MST)
The key is “if possible”. This arrticle title is an exception, it works here. Infact, removing the "A" would make the article sound as if it is the definitive guide, rather than one of many. Klk3 19:04, 10 April 2012 (UTC)
Since this is based on a paper publication I'd say that the title should be considered an exception to the rule. Some of the content may be in more need of revision than the title but that is another subject. Darris G. Williams 03:34, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
