Someone added a "Voting" category, which might make sense, but I'm wondering whether the two items in that category should perhaps be shifted to "Taxation." One of the two sources is clearly based on tax lists, and the other presents a list of voters which is probably directly based on taxation.
- Poll Tax is to have voting right, and the source says it is a list of voters. Dsammy 16:27, 15 September 2011 (UTC)
