I really like the information you have in this article. It is applicable for the British Isles also so I wonder if you are agreeable to adding a a word that will show one more level of jurisdiction? Can we add parish to "near a county or state" so that it reads "... near a parish, county or state..."? I can add it but wanted your opinion first. You have an excellent article here.
