From FamilySearch Wiki
My name is Catherine Stevens. I am a Church Service Missionary working in the Worldwide Patron Services in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, Salt Lake City, Utah. Specifically, I am on the Wiki team.
I am a retired Elementary Education teacher, having taught grades Two, Three, Pre-School and Kindergarten. My father was in the military for 28 years, so I had the privilege of living in the United States and abroad. I was born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, baptized in Heidelberg, Germany and married in Salt Lake City, Utah.
After I retired from school teaching, my husband and I served as Welfare Missionaries, for 2 ½ years, at the L.D.S. Humanitarian Center. I taught the refugees English, and my husband helped them find jobs. I have spent the last two years publishing my parents’ histories. My heart has truly turned to my ancestors.
