New Brunswick Divorce Records Divorce records in New Brunswick are at the Provincial Archives from 1847 to 1990. They are indexed by name from 1847 to 1984. After 1984 you must contact:

If the records you are looking for are post 1940 they will be stored off site at the Archives and you will need to order them 24 hours in advance.
