Question #1: When I search for my ancestors in Smyth County, they come up as being in Southampton County, Virginia. How can I find my ancestors in Smyth County?
Answer #1: To find marriage records in Smyth County, Virginia go to the catalog and search for Virginia, Smyth. Once you determine the film number you would like to review, you may order it to a FamilySearch Center near you. For instructions on ordering films see: Ordering Microfilm or Microfiche.
