Parish History

WARNHAM (St. Margaret), a parish, in the union of Horsham, hundred of Singlecross, rape of Bramber, W. division of Sussex, 2 miles (N. N. W.) from Horsham. It is bounded on the north by the county of Surrey. The church is an ancient structure, containing in the north chancel the effigies of Sir John Caryll and his lady, with their children.[1]
