Poole's Park (Whitehall Park), Upper Holloway, Middlesex.[1]

Whitehall Park was a lately built district church that was created in the year 1897. It was one of numerous such churches built in the 19th century to relieve the rapid growth and population expansion within the civil parish boundaries of St Mary Islington.

ST. ANDREW, Whitehall Park. Originated as a mission it was built by St. John; in Upper Holloway, Islington in 1887[2]
