This trail ran from its intersection with the Lower Harpeth and West Tennessee Trail at Dixie Landing on the Tennessee River in Humphries Co., TN to an intersection with the Cisco and Savannah Trail and the West Tennessee Chickasaw Trail at the old Cisco Indian Village located at the Pinson Mounds State Archaeological Park near Jackson, Tennessee.
