  • FHC Portal This center has access to the Family History Center Portal page which gives free access in the center to premium family history software and websites that generally charge for subscriptions. Genealogical Resources: The W.O. Inman Room is housed in the Rhea Public Library and has a variety of resources including Birth, Marriage, and Death Records, Military Records, Divorce Records, Estate Records, Newspapers including the Paris Post-Intellegencer andTriCounty Star, Funeral Home Records, Cemetery Records, Census Records, and Land Records. The Heritage Study Center holds a variety of genealogical resources including materials relating to the following counties in Tennessee: Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer,Fayette, Gibson, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, Houston, Humphreys, Lake, Lauderdale,Madison, McNairy, Obion, Perry, Shelby, Stewart, Tipton, Wayne, Weakley and Carlisle, Fulton, and Hickman counties in Kentucky.
