Parish History

'Mimms (South), a village, a parish, and a sub-district, in Barnet district, Middlesex, the county border with Hertfordshire, and 3½ miles north and west of Barnet--each of which also have chapels and churches. See also the churches at (parish of) Barnet and the village of Potters-Bar (a district chapel). There was a Roman Catholic chapel built here.'
