National Society United States Daughters of 1812

This society was organized in 1892.

"1812 ancestor index: National Society United States Daughters of 1812". 3 Volumes. (Worldcat) Published by the society, it lists 20,000 soldiers who rendered service between 1784 and 1815. Records include name, rank, state and type of service, and usually give state and date of birth and death, spouse, and the name of the child through whom the applicant is descended.

Ancestor Database is name searchable and may give birth and death dates and places and names of family members.
