Personal research projects include:
- on-going research on my Bird, Ralph, Berger, and Weinkauff lines;
(See my ever-growing WorldConnect database at Rootsweb.com) - identifying 19th century photos from old Warren family albums held by the Warrenville Historical Society, Warrenville (DuPage County), Illinois;
(Check out my Picasa web albums and read my blog about some of the photos and their stories.) - scanning, posting, and annotating mid-19th century family letters at fold3.com;
...and keeping up with my kids' soccer, cello, Scouts (and laundry, of course).
My mantra is "share, share, share." To that end, I am making a concerted effort to scan and post all the old photos and documents that have been entrusted to my care.
