If you are hearing impaired and use American Sign Language, you can call the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah to get help with your questions regarding your own family history, Family Tree, or answers to research questions, by calling the Video Phone, VP HELP LINE for the deaf. This is a free service.
The direct line to the Family History Library Video Phone is (VP) 385-290-4735. A trained deaf services volunteer will answer your call and will help you with your questions. This service is available from 9 AM to 4 PM, Mountain Daylight Time, Monday through Saturdays.
