Everyone has something to contribute, and it is on that premise that this article is being written. This is an invitation to share areas of your expertise, interest or curiosity with others to help the FamilySearch Research Wiki grow.
This invitation of sharing, extended to you by wiki team members and leaders, reminds me of my introduction to a gathering called Hobo Supper. Everyone who came was asked to bring a canned item. Unbeknownst to us (how is that for an archaic word still being used in a 21st century setting?), these items became our main course for dinner. Each can was opened and mixed together in a stew pot, heated, and then served to all. The ingredients mixed together ranged from vegetables to fruit. The mixture was unique and, even 50 years later, I can attest, memorable.
Sometime ago topics were created on a wiki page and these topics need willing volunteers to take them from titles to articles. Will you help? Yes? After signing in to the wiki, copy and paste this URL https://familysearch.org/learn/wiki/en/Special:WantedPages and start claiming one or two topics to post on the wiki. Work at your own pace. However, if you could make a commitment to complete building an article within 14 to 20 days, you would earn our gratitude and thanks. You add your knowledge, and I’ll add mine and the wiki hobo stew we create together at this URL will be unique and memorable.
Kudos to you for making the FamilySearch Research Wiki a better place in which to research and learn.
