Frequently asked questions can be accessed here. On this page, under the question "Is there any way I can view the 1921 Census for free?" it says:
"...it is free to search the 1921 Census on Findmypast. Record images or transcriptions are accessible on a pay-per-view basis using Findmypast micropayments.
What about access in other libraries?
The 1921 Census is not immediately available within any subscription, including through libraries. It is only available using pay-per-view access for the initial period. Library patrons are still able to purchase 1921 Census returns like any other user through a personal account. They are not able to do this within library accounts. This is to ensure that credit card details cannot be shared or compromised when using public computers."
