Steps (Family Tree or Memories mobile apps)
- While signed in to the Family Tree or Memories mobile app tap the 3 lines—lower right on Apple iOS; upper left on Android.
- Tap Help.
- Tap Contact Us.
- Tap Contact Support.
- Tap the map that represents your part of the world.
- You see the support options. Choose how you want to get help.
Steps (Get Involved app)
- Open the Get Involved app on your Apple iOS or Android device.
- In the lower right, tap 3 lines or 3 dots.
- Tap Learn How to Review Names or Learn How.
- Review the tutorial.
