There is a known issue with the Firefox browser that prevents PDFs from displaying. If you are experiencing this issue, here are a few options:
- Upgrade to the latest version of Firefox. That may solve the problem.
- Open the PDF in another browser like Chrome, Safari, or Edge.
- Download the PDF to your computer and open it in a desktop PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat.
As mentioned, this is a known issue with Firefox so there isn’t anything more FamilySearch can do. It is anticipated that future versions of Firefox will fix the issue for all users.
