Dependant template

This template is not working as intended because the code depends on another template, {{US county navigation box}}, which does not exist in this wiki. --Steve 06:32, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

I knew I was missing something and been looking for that one to include. I was going to contact you about it the next day but I guess you zeroed on it before I even knew you did.
I discussed this template with one major contributor and is a moderator, he agreed that this will do away with the need for category for many small towns and villages, etc that have only one short page each. I picked my birth place to start with it since it has few small towns. Can you jump in and try to get it up and working before having it going global. I thought about including the maps but noticed England use coats of arms the counties in the Wikipedia. my Sandbox2 is for trying this template. dsammy 07:08, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
I have now added {{US county navigation box}}, so that you can see how this template is working out. I think that categories should be added for any collection of articles that number more than a handful. If there is just one for these small towns and villages, being categorised at the county level would be sufficient. --Steve 07:55, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

Two problems

Now that is working, but two problems to resolve.... 1. shutting off the hyperlink for "county seat" 2. the exposed code for the map, and move it further right. Size is fine. dsammy 08:43, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

And I see there is a need to work in "hide" and "show" to collaspe the template as needed. dsammy 08:49, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

Great!, now the only thing left is to find "hide" and "show" feature to make this template collaspable. Find it yet? dsammy 15:37, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

The issue about the missing show/hide options in {{Navbox}} based templates is down to some missing javascript. I have explained what is required on the Navbox talk page. --Steve 21:20, 11 August 2009 (UTC)

Broome County problem

Despite checking for every character, letter, etc for accuracy, every thing was accurate but the result came out messed up in the first section. dsammy 03:15, 15 August 2009 (UTC)
