CHELMERTON,or Chelmorton a chapelry, in the parish and union of Bakewell, hundred of High Peak, N. division of the county of Derby, 4¼ miles (S. W. by S.) from Tideswell. There are meeting-houses Wesleyans and Presbyterians.
