Cudlow St Giles was built at an unknown date and demolished circa 1500.

There are no known surviving records.Refer to Climping, Sussex The former villages of Ilsham, Cudlow and Atherington are now depopulated, their former churches have been destroyed, and their parishes combined with Clymping.
