Parish History

Derby St Anne Whitecross Street was a chapel of ease in Derby St Alkmund, Derbyshire parish originally built in Leyland Street in 1852. The new church was built in 1872 at Whitecross Street and the parish was formed in 1873 wit the addition of part of the parish of Derby St John, Derbyshire.
