Click here for examples of how to index various fields in this project.

If multiple names were recorded in the informant field on the death certificate or correction, index the name of the person who provided the information, not the name of the clerk. If only the clerk's name was given, then index the clerk's name in the Informant's Given Names and Surname fields.
