Presentation on how to index this project.

How to index documents with two roll numbers.

Common Indexing Errors:

Marking images that have no names as Normal instead of marking them NED.

Incorrectly marking images as the First Image.

Putting "Nee" into surname field when it actually means "Maiden Name is" and not putting Maiden Names into the Surname field before Married Name.

Indexing numbers that are not marked as "Roll Number" or "Roll No." in the Roll Number field.

Adding in records for witnesses.
