Llandrinio War MemorialEdit This Page

The small border village Llandrinio, near Llanymynech, was part of the historic county of Montgomeryshire in Wales and is now in the county of Powys. It lies close to the River Severn and Offa's Dyke.
The war memorial stands next to the Lych Gate of the parish church of St Trinio, St Peter & St Paul.
"THIS MONUMENT WAS ERECTED BY THE PARISHONERS OF LLANDRINIO IN EVERLASTING MEMORY OF THE ABOVE WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES FIGHTING FOR THE CAUSE OF FREEDOM IN THE GREAT WAR"
