Parish History

LOTHERSDALE, an ecclesiastical district, in the parishes of Carleton and Kildwick, union of Skipton, E. division of the wapentake of Staincliffe and Ewcross, W. riding of York.  There are places of worship for Methodists and the Society of Friends. [1]
