Middleton and Smerrill is a chapelry of Youlgreave, Derbyshire Ancient Parish in Derbyshire.
MIDDLETON, with Smerrill, a chapelry, in the parish of Youlgrave, union of Bakewell, hundred of Wirksworth, S. division of the county of Derby, 3¾ miles (S. S. W.) from Bakewell. There are places of worship for Independents and Wesleyans.
