FamilySearch This article describes the services and resources available at a Family History Center, a branch facility of the Family History Library.

The Newport Vermont Family History Center located in the town of Derby, serves all of Orleans and Essex counties of Vermont. We have Volunteers trained to help patrons who visit the Center. The Center is dedicated to providing education and support for the family history community in the North East Kingdom of Vermont.

Although not digitized, the Colebrook, New Hampshire library extracts obituaries from both papers and has those on file.
