Talk:Tonga customs and research ideasEdit This Page
From FamilySearch Wiki
The bottom part of Tongan Customs, and the bottom part of Tongan Oral Histories is redundant. Do we need the same material in both places? Diltsgd 16:57, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
Underlining vs. Italic
Traditionally, book titles were underlined in typewritten manuscripts in order to indicate a title that should have been in italic. In those days it was not easy to find an italic font typewritter.
Since the advent of computers it is relatively simple to use the italic font for titles. It is poor style to underline a title which should actually be in italic. Diltsgd 18:21, 15 August 2009 (UTC)
