GRAFTON, TEMPLE (St. Andrew), a parish, in the union of Stratford-upon-Avon, Stratford division of the hundred of Barlichway, S. division of the county of Warwick, 3¼ miles (S. E. by E.) from Alcester; with the hamlet of Arden.
Birth, marriages and deaths were kept by the government, from July 1837 to the present day. The civil registration article tells more about these records. There are several Internet sites with name lists or indexes. A popular site is FreeBMD.

Bishops Transcripts for the period after 1700 are included within those of the Diocese of Worcester as a whole. For example, the records for 1739 are found on FHL 291612 arranged by deanery.
